Argyle Embrace - Perfect Location to Explore Town

We have stayed there a few times now and each time the locked box was really hard to access (needs replacing) - we have one at home and have also used them in other accommodation and never have the any issue as you do with these ones

Lovely comfortable studio. Off street parking. WiFi good. Great value for money.

Location is excellent. Restaurants, cinema and pubs so close. Modern, light and comfortable. Off street undercover parking.

Restaurant next door was noisy, exhaust fan vibrates through the wall. Take ear plugs. Yard was untidy and plants were dead.

We originally booked for 4 nights last Nov 2022. Due to changes in our itinerary, we have to change our booking and stayed for 3 nights only. we have had issues in communicating with the property. the payment was deducted straight away during the time of booking which was 1 month in advance. we had emails back and forth and eventually resolved the issue and agreed with the property that they will give us a refund for 1 night ($155) but up until now we haven't got our refund back which was disappointing, it has been few months and there's no way to contact the property no one is answering the number that they have in booking.com. All our previous communication and messages are all gone.
