Appartement rénové à neuf ! Senter un peu la peinture ducoup mais extrêmement confortable et très bien placé
Attention aux bruits. Il s agit d’une maison divisée en trois appartements et malheureusement les voisins du haut n’ont fait aucun effort donc très compliqué de dormir ! On entend tout! Également hormis de préciser qu’il manquer le barbecue alors qu’il été indiqué. Dommage pour ses premières chaleurs ça aurait été bien sympathique

Location très bien située dans Argelès et au carrefour des centres d'intérêts de la région. Appartement au sein d'une maison qui en comporte 3. La location offre 2 belles chambres, un salon et une cuisine dinatoire bien équipée.
Un bémol sur la qualité de la literie et sur l'étroitesse de la cabine de douche. Mais Sébastien, propriétaire très sympathique, qui est venu pour notre départ récupérer les clés, nous a indiqué avoir repris le gîte il y a 3 semaines, et s'assurer des ajustements à réaliser pour améliorer le confort des invités.

La ubicación y la relación calidad precio. Tiene aire acondicionado.
La limpieza. La campana extractora de la cocina llevaba sin limpiarse mucho tiempo, los filtros estaban llenos de pelusas y grasa. La limpieza del resto del apartamento era aceptable.
