We stayed here with another couple and we loved the view and how close we were to the Deshutes River Trail and all the tourists sites, restaurants etc. However one member of our group had a recent injury and could not participate in our activities due to the staris to the unit. The photos made it appear that the unit was ground floor with a second bedroom on the second floor but there was a flight of staris just to enter the condo. I think VRBO should list accessability in it's listings.

The unit was amazing! Very comfortable for our family ski trip. The hot tub was perfect way to recover after a day of skiing.The co do was so close to everything.It was very relaxi g to sit on the deck with the awesome view.It was deck with the

We really liked the river Ridge layout and location in Bend.
We did have an issue with the TV being not connected to the internet at all when we arrived and this unit only has SamsungTV over the internet so no local or national channels which we didn't care for. Maintenance guy came after hours and worked on it for 30 minutes to get the internet TV working but we never got the WiFi to work with our laptops during our stay.
Another negative was there were cobwebs all over, especially up in the higher ceiling areas and around the windows. We cleaned what we could reach ourselves but a place like this we didn't expect to have cobwebs at this level. Couch is worn out, paint on the walls is worn too in many places and the carpeting upstairs is very stained. Ice maker also was not working. So a few things that could easily be taken care of and this would be a 5 star place for us. But we love Bend and this police blows away the ski hut places across the way in terms of unit layout.
