Cute home in a great location, close to downtown and all the attractions. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is great, very relaxing. Our only inconvenience was the pool cleaner came in the middle of the afternoon, while we were enjoying the pool, so we hopped out. The next day, the landscapers came, again in the middle of the day (not in the morning like the house instructions stated) and we had to come inside while they trimmed hedges and blew debris/leaves all over the pool. Other than that, some bikes and more pool floaties would have been great, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Interior was great. Impeccably clean, comfortable, nice beds, good showers. Dishwasher didn’t work but we were refunded for that. Pool/spa was fine except there was just one, ripped chaise. Since they wouldn’t get us more, we ended up buying our own. We had a great trip, but I did find the whole experience less than what I have experienced at other STRs.

The home and yard were exactly as described and easy access to downtown by car. Just be warned this is not a VRBO. You will be dealing with Evolve property management and we had several communication issues and billing problems with them. The point of contact, Miguel, in Palm Springs is great but dealing with the property management company was not.
