Пунктуальность хозяйки при заселении и отъезде, быстрое реагирование на любые вопросы в части проживания и даже помощи при аренде авто. В честь рождества было очень приятно получить от нее вкусный подарок. Квартира чистая, все необходимые принадлежности для комфортного проживания в наличии, хороший вид с балкона. Очень удобно, что парковка для авто тоже входит в стоимость проживания и не надо искать места вокруг кондо.

Практически нет мест для хранения вещей (шкафы), а так же отсутствие вешалок в ванных комнатах (повесить полотенца). Но это больше небольшой недочет чем недостаток!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family house in Kuah Town. The house is exceptionally clean, simple, and well-kept, with a neat and tidy setup that makes it very comfortable. Being on the top floor, it offers a beautiful view of the whole Kuah Town from the windows and balcony. The location is excellent—many shops and amenities are within walking distance, yet the corner where the house is located remains quiet and cozy. A parking lot is also available, which is convenient if you’re driving. The host is a very kind and helpful lady, easy to communicate with and always patient in assisting us. For a family of 5–6 or a group of friends, this place is highly recommended!

The facilities is simple, but it's not something I didnt like.

The house is in a great location close to key spots, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants.

However, the stay itself was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The property suffered from poor maintenance, with several basic amenities either not maintained properly or inconvenient Additionally, we had to deal with uninvited gecko guests inside the house, which made the stay even more inconvenient. While we understand occasional wildlife in tropical areas, this went beyond what we consider acceptable for an indoor living space. With some attention to upkeep, this could be a great place to stay. But as it stands, it didn’t quite meet expectations
