Everything ! It was such a relaxing place, we felt at home right away! The house is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and integrated in the jungle! The garden filled with flowers and fruits, the river next to it house, the jungle view…truly a gem!
The only thing is that it is not easy to move around, I think this is valid for all Belize, not only for Alma del Rio.

Deze accomodatie is prachtig. Bij aankomst lagen er bloemetjes in de wc, de koelkast was gevuld met drinken, een welkomstbrief in de keuken. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan de aankleding. De natuur komt het huis binnen door de opengewerkte zitkamer. De fans geven in de keuken en zitkamer prettige verkoeling.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 6 with folks from ages 8 to 75. Waking up in the mornings to the sound of howler monkeys and a cacophony of birds overlooking the river was spectacular.
It is relatively expensive for such a remote location. There is benefit from being along the river, though it's a ways from town.
