OceanScape

The first huge positive impression was made on me before I even entered the property. I had gone to the wrong building upon check in and called property in frustration when the code to unlock door would not work. When I realized my mistake, I apologized profusely but they were so very nice and helpful and made me feel better about my blunder. Then they called me back to make sure I had gotten to the right building and entered successfully. Honestly, it was some of the best customer service I have ever had. My doggie and I spent a lot of time on the balcony after days on the beach. We both loved to hear the ocean, eat our dinner, and relax on that peaceful balcony. I was so happy with the trip and OceanScape that I have just booked it again the week of Christmas for me, my 93-year-old mom who is terminally ill, and my doggie to have a beautiful place to find peace and joy and fresh air during the holiday.

There was really nothing I didn't like. Everything met my expectations, and I did not find myself needing or wanting for anything during my stay there.

It was the same distance between the pool and the ocean.

The condo is cute. It’s decorated like someone’s home so it feels welcoming. The property is peaceful during the week. For the first few days, we didn’t see anyone else and that made it a relaxing getaway and it was quiet enough to write. It’s just a short walk to the beach. As a pet friendly condo, we were able to take our puppies. They had a great time. The rental process was easy with clear directions and the owners are gracious hosts and responsive if you have questions once you arrive. I will definitely return.

My only complaint is that it wasn’t cleaned to my standards. Though it’s much cleaner than other places I’ve rented on the island.
