Shore Beats Work is a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal retreat offering the perfect blend of classic Tybee charm and exciting new outdoor amenities. With two levels of wrap-around porches showcasing sweeping ocean views, this elevated beach home invites you to soak in salty breezes, watch cargo ships glide by, and catch glimpses of playful dolphins — all just less than a block from private beach access.
The main living level is perched on the top floor, designed to maximize views and natural light. An open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering. Coastal décor, a spacious sectional, and a flat-screen TV set the tone for relaxed beach living. Step outside to the expansive wrap-around porch, where outdoor dining, bar-height seating, and porch swings create the ultimate spot for sunset dinners and lingering evenings overlooking the bay.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a large island with seating, and everything needed to prepare vacation meals with ease. Just off the living area, the primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spacious ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. A half bath completes this level.
Downstairs, three additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. One guest suite features a queen bed, ensuite bath, and porch access. Two more bedrooms — one with a queen bed and bay views, and another with two twin XL beds — share a hall bath. The house was well furnished and clean, it is quite a distance to the ocean, but not far from the Savannah River and the shipping lane was neat to see.
