Overall property was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy, host was more than responsive. Pros: - boat, launching was 6 minutes away. -close to water and London Bridge, stores and food -open concept in home, great for families -decorated tastefully -enough stocked dishes -use of washer and dryer -amazing sunset views -peaceful and quiet neighborhood -our pups and kids had a gated area to play/roam/swim-pool was clean and hot tub was great too -cons:-master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and sloped towards the middle, found myself rolling around a lot, back, shoulder and hips hurt in the morning, 40 years old just for reference -driveway is really long and steep, so boat must stay on the street for parking-kitchen chairs, leather is pealing off, kept sweeping and sweeping and it was a losing battle if anyone sat on themWould love to stay again, just that master bedroom mattress would deter me. Other than that, fantastic!!!

The house inside was clean, but outside was a disaster, jacuzzi pool was 1/3 empty with sand in it, temp. Was very low to cold, all windows around the house was filthy, it looks like the back yard wasn't clean for a months. If you have a boat, there is a long driveway up the steep hill about 300f, abx no room to turn around.
