The living area is an open plan that consists of large, reclining leather sofa and loveseat, with an additional full-size sofa, and a 75 - inch smart TV. The entertainment center includes board games, puzzles, and books for all ages!
People who enjoy relaxing with a good book on the beach will find a great selection of books at this lovely vacation home, and kids can enjoy all kinds of games. There is something for everyone in this beautiful home!
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a French door refrigerator, glass cooktop, large oven, microwave, and dishwasher. No expense has been spared in the amenities of this house. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, including initial coffee, spices, and condiments.
The gourmet, granite-top island kitchen is fully stocked with crystal, cookware, bakeware, coffee bar, Ninja blender, and more. The dining area, which borders the open kitchen, has seating for 8 at the dining table. This is a very special home for families traveling together.
The Master Suite is luxuriously furnished with a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, a relaxing soaking tub, and seperate enclosed toilet room.
There are two guest bedrooms, one features a king size bed, and the second - a queen bed.
All bedrooms have newly furnished mattresses, upscale bedding, smart TVs, phone charging stations, and ceiling fans.
The beautiful, fenced backyard is a gem! Protected lands surround the back of the house. You won’t need to leave to feel like you’re on vacation. Let the kids run around the large, grassy yard while you relax. The covered patio area with a gas grill gives you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors with plenty of seating to dine.

Pet-Friendly home with an additional Pet Fee. Dogs only. Please contact us in advance. *Pet fee $200/stay. 2nd pet $75 additional fee applies.
Although this home is considered "Pet Friendly" you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the $200 pet fee, along with any applicable VRBO charges incurred after the initial reservation.

Non-Smoking Property
There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping on the property this includes the porch and patio.
Please, understand, there are professional cigarette/vaping alarms installed that can only be deactivated by police or a manager.
There are security cameras on the front exterior, the back patio, and the Ring doorbell. For your safety and security, the cameras will remain on.

Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.

Great location and wonderful house. It was perfect for us to be able to be so close to the beaches (we opted to go to Navarre Beach for the little). Donna was prompt with her responses. We would definitely stay again the next time we go to the Pensacola/Navarre area

We've stayed at quite a few homes over the years with our family of 7. This one was different from the moment we showed up. We were greeted by the home manager and she walked us through the home's ins and outs and told us to reach out if we needed anything. The home was clean and very nicely decorated. But what put this home over the top for us was how amazingly stocked it was. The kitchen had all the things you'd need from home! Everything was also labeled, making finding and putting items away quick and easy. Also, many staple items like salt, pepper, oils, tea bags, coffee filters, paper towels, the things you might naturally forget at the grocery store on vacation were already there! The bathrooms each had an abundance of towels, so I wasn't having to wash and dry like a crazy mom to make sure there were clean towels for everyone each day. And just like the kitchen, the bathrooms had many of the items you may forget to bring like Q-tips, cotton balls, tampons, soap, etc, etc. There was also enough laundry detergent for our entire stay, which is never offered at other homes we've stayed at. The garage offered beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon incase you didn't bring any. But the cherry on top was the complimentary cozy socks to wear in the foot and calf massager! I did that bad boy every night - such a nice touch! I really appreciate the owners consideration towards the details of making our vacation stay in Navarre seamless.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It supplied a pack-n-play and a high chair which was so convenient. Each room has a TV so all of our kids got to keep their typical bedroom setup from home which was also perfect!

Our family (including our beloved fur babies!) had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 11 days in May 2025. We've been coming to the area during this same week for the last 14 years, and without a doubt, this was the cleanest and most hospitable home we've ever stayed in.From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts truly care about their guests’ experience. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality cookware—everything you could need to make any type of meal, and then some. It felt like home, but better!They went above and beyond when it came to beach gear: plenty of beach towels, a wagon, chairs, toys, boogie boards, coolers—even dog towels! Every single detail was so thoughtfully taken care of, which made packing and planning so much easier for us.We also felt so welcomed and at ease that it honestly felt like we were locals for a while. One tip: go ahead and grab the 7-day pass for 25 and check out the beaches at Santa Rosa or Fort Pickens. They’re part of the National Park system, much quieter than the main tourist spots, and absolutely stunning.This home is truly a gem—we feel blessed to have stayed here!
