Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. No Pets allowed.
Late checkout results $100/hr.
Pls follow the checkout time diligently, as our cleaners would need to make the suite ready for the next guest check-in.
Any injury that happens on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest, your own insurance has to cover. Any property damage or loss that happens on the property, is the sole responsibility of the guest, your own insurance has to cover.
