Cheerful, Private, Large Villa with Gorgeous View

Very quick communicative and lovely host to interact with. He understood exactly what we needed and was very informative. The stay was serene and peaceful, I would definitely book again!

The 1 mile drive up to the house is a winding narrow road so take it slow as there were often deer. Once to the house, you’re treated to Stunningly beautiful views. The house was for our large family for my daughter’s wedding- it worked well for family to gather as we all got read and the photographer loved the vistas for her pictures.

It would be fine for $500 per night, but we paid much more. The house is run down. Many appliances and outlets didn't work. Water pressure is low. Cobwebs, debris, and used masks around furniture and in drawers. The kitchen was missing some basics like oven mitts. There were ants when we arrived. Great for a keg party but not for a family reunion

We had an event at this house, such a beautiful location and everything was so clean and well organized. Our guests couldnt stop raving about the location of the house. Must stay!! Also shoutout to Teddy for being an absolute lovely and accomodating host. He was really flexible with the check in and check out timjngs.

We absolutely enjoyed or stay at this home. The property was well-maintained and was very comfortable for our large group. The wrap-around balcony and breathtaking views were truly spectacular and made this property truly special. Really appreciate the host's communication and making sure we would have enough gas for the grill, clear directions and instructions, etc. Would love to come back in the future!

Had to take a few days to cool down before writing a review for this. This is probably our last time using Vrbo, so we’ll speak our minds. Biggest problem was the plumbing. There were sewage backups three of the five mornings we were in the home. We essentially couldn’t use toilets or showers half of the days of our stay. Our friends had to bail sewage from a shower as we waited 2+ hours for a plumber. Plumbers came three days in a row without actually fixing the problem. The host blamed us for using too much toilet paper, but there was a bidet in only one of the five rest rooms, so not clear how we were at fault. We also found a review elsewhere mentioning the same problem. This home needs to fix plumbing before claiming it can accommodate 15+ guests. Additionally, during our stay there was an ant problem that we weren’t warned about. We lost $40 of food on the first night to ants. Other features not mentioned in the description include a chicken coop 20 feet from the property (with a rooster that crowed as early as 4am) as well as a broken outdoor fridge on the back deck that contains some mysterious jar of molded food.

Wonderful house! We had a great time in this beautiful place , which is spacious with gorgeous views. It looks new and very clean. They have a huge deck and large parking area for many cars that enables it better for big gatherings or events . There are more bedrooms ,extra space with sofas , user friendly office as well as playroom, also not far from downtown. We all enjoyed our stay and Teddy is the best host being very friendly and responsible. He gave us flexible checking in and out time and highly respect our privacy while being far away from neighbours. We will definitely be back and recommend to other friends.
