This beautiful historic house was everything we hoped for. The location makes it perfect to walk to just about anything in downtown Sarasota. The second bedroom is actually a separate cottage which was perfect when our friend came to visit for a few days. It also provided a quiet place to work. Everything is updated and pristine. Attentive owner. We can't wait to stay here next year!

Property was nicely updated, well furnished and clean. Close to everything including restaurants and various activities. The second bedroom is in an adjacent building and was too small to accommodate two adults and didn’t have a bedframe. However, it was also clean and well maintained. Our issue was that the advertised outdoor space was virtually unusable. As both the front and back outdoor areas had broken, unstable dirty furniture, as well as trash, numerous broken or damaged pots as well as an inoperable driveway gate. Spent several hours trying to tidy up the area and hose off the furniture In order to enjoy the seemingly inviting space.
