Proximity, peaceful, spacious
I wasn't aware of condo rules. We were a large family traveling for my sister's passing. We had an RV and had to park elsewhere. Tow truck called. We respect all rules just didn't know. Otherwise, the overnight stay was perfect.

Near the beach and also the had bikes if I wanted to get there faster. Host are awesome and are open for communication throughout your stay.
