Reception staff special Teta was helpful and very friendly
The property was good only missing more supervision on cleaning staff also breakfast not available which is critical in Rwanda to be part of the apartment

Location, staffs and most facilities
There was no air condition in the 4 bed deluxe apartment, while it was well ventilated, in the afternoon it could get hot and the fan cal block your nose.

Location
The had all sorts of plumbing problem. The apartment we had the bath tub and sink were leaking I had to call them then they fixed it.
Then throughout our stay in all the 3 rooms water was either too hot or too cold to shower. The taps had no moderate temperature. I complained nothing was done.
