The guesthouse was in a great location - ability to walk around and close to restaurants and the beach! The bus stop was just down the street. The owner is lovely and very kind, checking in with me via Whatsapp when I booked, the day I arrived, and throughout my stay. The room is spacious and the AC works SO WELL! The pool is a nice way to unwind and the communal kitchen to cook in.
The shower was clogged so I could only shower for a few minutes, then had to turn off the water so it could drain properly (otherwise it would flood the bathroom). Other than this issue, the place was great.

We stayed in the Pool View room and the Penthouse apartment. Both had a perfect amount of space, the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The access to the pool and shared kitchen were great from the Pool View room and the view of the surrounding area was amazing from the Penthouse Apartment. Loved the hammock on the Penthouse deck as well.
There was nothing that we did not like. we would recommend Lote 44 to others and would stay again ourselves.

Very clean central and close to the beach. Nice little details in the room made it comfortable and easy to stay. I recommend this place would stay again. And found Elizabeth the Manager attentive!
