Loved the location and near everything

Let,s say it was clean.

Poor service, unable to get invoice at check out since hotel claims that booking.com is responsible for this. Poor contact to solve it. Poor breakfast full of sugar and almost nothing else.

Street noises were an all night. I got very little sleep. For my 3 nights stay, very, very noises. I don't think, my next visit to California; I will not stay at this hotel.

Cleanliness, comfortable, nice room.

No hot tub, food, no automatic wifi.

everything except the pool water was to cold didnt enjoy it.

Breakfast was as you'd expect for a super cheap continental breakfast, though there was no ice available for drinks? Staff told me to go to the second floor to get ice. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee when we checked in. Everything was clean and functioning.

I asked if we could have a quite room, staff shrugged and said "this is a family hotel." It was SO loud. People slamming their full bodies into the outside of the hotel doors for 15+ minutes at 2:30am. These were not children, these were adults and it was the middle of the night. It was not only loud, but made me feel unsafe. In the morning, my 6-year old asked me, "Mom, is this the loudest hotel in the world?"

Hotel was clean beautiful

Staff took forever to respond to request Checkin time took 3 hours AC wasn’t working well first two days. Temperature was 75 hitter then where I live. My room didn’t even get cleaned last two days

The entire hotel is good

They only have scrambled eggs and cheese omelette. That’s it. Bacon, sausage and pancake were out as early as 8am.

New hotel. Breakfast is acceptable Friendly and responsive staff.

The pool is yet to be commissioned. Few others parts required adjustments. The street can be noisy in the night.

Breakfast had appropriate choice of items

The beverage station was not refilled, and certain ancillary items were only provided when requested such as cream cheese for bagels

Breakfast was as expected. But replenishment was bit slow. Could do with more toaster on busy days.

There is no water (bottles) provided to rooms. We have to buy them. Very good size rooms and toilets. As it is very new hotel they didn't have approvals to open the swming pool to guests.

It got really dirty really fast. They didn’t seem to keep up with mopping floors and keeping it clean. Sloppy. The first morning I was there if there was no coffee and no hot breakfast left at 7 AM!

the door was not aligned correctly. when looking at the door from the inside, toward the bottom there was a 1/2 inch or so separation., top of door was tight.

The staff were very friendly, responsive, and honest. The rooms were comfortable, especially the beds. Full-size toiletries were included (hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). You can also request free travel-size toiletries if you forgot them at home or run out. Free parking. Continental breakfast was good. The rooms our family booked were not available on the same floor upon arrival, but the staff provided a solution that ended up with us having a free extra room. Each room has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and mini-fridge. The double-layer shades in the rooms were a nice touch and provided privacy. Contemporary design, but still very warm and cozy. The front desk provided us a better route home when we checked out. It worked great for our drive!

We were aware that the hotel was new, but were not warned prior to arriving that they were still in the "soft opening" phase. The staff were very honest and upfront about this when we arrived. We feel that corporate or someone from customer service should have contacted us prior to our arrival about this, or at least mentioned this in the advertisement. There was no hot breakfast like advertised during our stay, but we were told it would be available soon. We had a one-year-old with multiple food allergies and we were looking forward to the hot breakfast where she could eat some items, such as bacon and other meats. The pool was not yet up and running (which was not a huge deal). Not all of the floors were available yet. In our room, most of top electric sockets did not work, but the bottom ones did. There was no Wi-Fi available in our rooms. The TVs were a little confusing to use. The motion-sensor bathroom lights would automatically turn off even when someone was inside. There are no bathtubs, so it was a little difficult to give our children a bath. PLEASE NOTE: None of the cons listed above are the staff's fault. They were nothing but accommodating and kind to our large family. We would love to return when all the amenities are available and the hotel is fully operational.

Fuimos por trámites y visita a Disney, el lugar desde que entras está muy limpio y lindo, el personal es amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, el desayuno no estuvo mal! nos volveríamos a quedar en este hotel!
