Since 2023, several reviews have mentioned issues involving the shower. Unfortunately, we found these comments to be accurate, as we experienced the same problem ourselves, with the entire bathroom floor becoming flooded after showering. When we initially requested a floor squeegee, we did not receive a response. After following up by phone, we were advised to purchase one ourselves and submit the receipt for reimbursement. While we appreciated the offer to reimburse the cost, we felt it would have been more appropriate for such a basic item to be provided directly, rather than asking guests to obtain it themselves. After expressing this concern, we did not receive any further response. Given the nightly rate of €290, we had expected a higher standard of customer service and a more proactive approach to resolving this issue.
