I originally booked this house for my son's graduation to have a place for my husband and I, our adult daughter and my parents. The house has 3 queen sized beds and a pool table so that was going to work out really well. My parents ended up being unable to attend but I decided to keep the house because it had the pool table and I figured would be a great way to hang out with my son and girlfriend. I was correct, the pool table was a lot of fun. The neighborhood the house was in is nice and close to a lot of shopping. We were surprised at the amount of traffic in the morning and nighttime as it doesn't look like a busy area but nothing too atrocious. The kitchen is definitely older but functional. The host was very responsive with any questions I had and getting access to the house was very simple and the instructions for leaving were reasonable. We paid more than usual since it was graduation week but for the normal price, it's a reasonable place to stay. Pros: Pool Table, comfy beds, Keurig coffee maker, nice view out back, nice walking trail very close byCons: Older kitchen, master bathroom fan is not functional, some street noise, floors and ceiling fans could use some better cleaning.

The property is nice and clean on the on side. The only issue we had were the spider webs in the at the entry front door area. The house is spacious, plenty of room, full kitchen. Master bedroom/bath are very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

We traveled with two couples in town for a large family reunion held in Reno on Rob Road. We needed a nice place to stay that was close to Rob Road and easy access to and from the airport. This place was clean, inviting, and it felt like being at home while being away from home. We would definitely come back.

We loved this home! We had coffee out back every morning in the beautiful yard. The shopping & restaurants were SO close as well as only being a 7 minute drive to UNR to visit our son! The beds were super comfy, the showers great, & the neighborhood was quiet! Looking forward to coming back to check out the trails in the neighborhood. Thank you!

Nice house. Not cluttered. V clean. Quiet neighborhood, sidewalks, park, shopping walkable. We had planned on 6 of us but 4 had to cancel the day before due to COVID. V minor issue with sometimes screeching exhaust fan which was being attended to. We will be coming back.

Justin was lightning quick to answer all my questions and provided information on the surrounding areas. He had a package (hand soap) delivered and told me I could open if we needed more. It was all very welcoming. The house/ property was clean and spacious -just as pictured! There are tvs in all the bedrooms but we only used the one in the family room. We had so much fun playing pool. Neighborhood is nice and quiet -easily could have gone on a morning walk. Overall, would definitely recommend this place. Home away from home!

We stayed at this property for a basketball tournament in Reno. It is a great location with east freeway access. Nearly everything around Reno was within a 15 min or less drive. Home was comfortable for my family of 5.

I loved this house from the moment I walked in and highly recommend it! It had everything we could need and was cozy. Size family members stayed there. It is only 10 minutes from the airport and easy to get to. Great neighborhood, felt very safe. Stores and ER (if needed) located nearby. The bedrooms are big, the beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided. Smart TVs in every room and the pool table was an added bonus. There is even a printer available. The showers were the best! And the master bathroom has a walk in shower! The kitchen was large enough for many people to move around each other preparing meals. The backyard is beautifully landscaped, with a large table and grill. Check in was simple. Was provided the entry code on morning of arrival. Would definitely stay there again!!

From start to finish, the rental process was smooth as silk. Communication with Jason was easy and he was always quick to reply and very accommodating. The property was beautiful and well appointed. We would definitely rent this property again.

Cons - prior visitors didn’t clean doggy doo, left grill dirty and fuel empty. Indoor garage spot not available at the time, but would be nice addition.

The house was exactly what we needed for our four day stay in Reno. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but was still close to restaurants and shopping. The 3 bedrooms were good sized and had comfortable beds. Having a pool table in the front room was an added bonus. We were able to really relax between squad times at the tournament. Justin was great to work with in coordinating our stay. I will definitely look to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

The property was as described! Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Even though we where there during the Mosquito wildfires and the whole valley was smokey, the house was a nice reprieve. The amenities in the house were great and the master bed was devine!! If you get to stay here, you won’t regret it!
