Come be our guests at this gorgeous, professionally decorated, waterfront home. We offer you 5,000 square feet of beautifully styled, fully furnished, Florida living for your stay in Fort Myers. Bring up to 14 of your friends and family to enjoy the long list of amenities.
Entertain outdoors in the 8-foot deep salt water pool, stocked with pool loungers, inflatables, pool basketball and plenty of towels. Fishing poles are provided for you to cast your line from the lighted dock. You might even catch a visit from Nick, the local dolphin! Enjoy the sunsets from the balcony off the upstairs Jack and Jill bedrooms, or the pool deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Ring doorbells are installed on the front and back doors for your comfort and safety. The blue tooth-compatible surround sound audio system is accessible from many interior rooms as well as the pool area.
This modern home includes 5 bedrooms, an office (could be used as 6th bedroom) with a convertible sofa bed, and 4 bathrooms. There isn’t anything you’ll be missing. Bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen offers a full inventory of cooking and entertaining supplies, including a Keurig, ice maker, blender, indoor and outdoor glassware, convection oven, air fryer/toaster oven, and a gas-powered outdoor black stone.
Rainy day or night? No problem. The house is equipped with a ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball and five smart TVs throughout the house, along with high-speed wifi
Nestled along the Caloosahatchee River, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral and Sanibel are just minutes away. The area is easily accessible from RSW airport.
**We do require a current Photo ID, along with additional rental documents and water/pool liability waiver to be signed after booking in order to fully secure the rental. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.**

It was a amazing house. Accommodated 13 of us. Garbage was a struggle with this many people for a week but we made it work. A+ to rent. Pool was awesome with the in let right behind. We had a friend every morning around 9 ish dolphin. My granddaughter almost got to pet it if the water was higher.

My softball team stayed in this home a few months after Hurricane Ian. The house was in great shape still and the process of booking, checking in, and communicating with the host throughout was so simple. Any issues or questions I had along the way were immediately addressed. It was a pleasure staying here and we hope to be back in the future!
