The infinity pool is incredible with warm water, located on the roof with a beautiful view, gym and sundeck.
It has an elevator and an open area to park the means of transport.
You can rent motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, cars, and if you wish you can hire tours to enjoy all the wonders of the place.

Aldea Zama is the most beautiful and urbanized neighborhood in Tulum. There you can walk to restaurants and various services.

Overall my stay was pretty good. The room was clean when I got there, and it comes furnished with dishes and things. Only problem was that this specific room is not apart of the MYA condo administration so when I wanted to get my clothes washed and new sheets I had to pay $20 which was very pricey. It wasn’t clearly stated in the instructions sent to me that I would be charged extra for “laundry” for their items (sheets, towels, bedding). Also they turned off my water a few times which can be frustrating. I think they are still working out the processes and minor issues here and there. But it’s great for those on a budget. Totally worth it if you don’t mind roughing it a bit.

Large, new studio studio in a small building on the southern edge of Aldea Zama. Very convenient to go either to the beach or to Tulum Centro.
