Great location in the heart of Tybee Islands restaurant, party and beach community. Steps away from the beach, pier and commercial district. Rental has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. Open design with living room and dining area. All new bamboo hard wood floors and undated fixtures. Gated parking area with two swimming pools. Large outside porch.

We had a wonderful stay at Brass Rail 114. Our host was very helpful on our first day making sure everything was just right for us. Everything was just as described. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Our family had everything we needed for our Thursday-Sunday stay. Our two 9yr old girls loved the pool! The elevator was working just fine. We didn't really need to use it except for taking our luggage in and out. We will definitely book this condo again!

This place was phenomenal. Beautiful spacious and very clean. The owner was fabulous and I had a change in my last day plans and I asked if I could leave later and she graciously said yes since no one else was coming in. I would stay there again. Pool is very nice.

Very well appointed but extremely dirty. We arrived late, did not go outside and by bedtime from
walking barefoot inside only, the bottom of my grandchildren’s feet were totally black!
Ceiling fans, underneath beds, and top of refrigerator were thick with dust.
