Adorable waterfront pool home in Tavernier! Great dockage close to Tavernier Creek for easy bay and ocean access. Cozy canal front home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, open living room and kitchen upstairs. Airy waterside patio off of your living room. Downstairs has a separate one bedroom apartment with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a full bath. Perfect privacy for a guest. Heated swimming pool, corn hole, ping pong and a pool table with relaxing outdoor seating with TV for all to enjoy! Shaded tiki hut with bar and BBQ. Two kayaks and three paddleboards to explore the bay waters. 20,000 pound boat lift also available to rent, inquire within.
