staff were phenomenal, was like a little family

toilet could be a bit off sometimes but this wasn’t consistent

The staff is friendly, the property is very cute, the location is good, great terrace, good surfing spot

Unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, the bed sheets weren’t changed, the wifi was not working, breakfast wasn’t enough for everyone, noisy in the night. The draining was stuck, no toilet paper, the towels looked very old…

We spent a weekend at the Anza Surfhouse and really enjoyed the warm and laid-back vibes. Nice rooftop, clean and cute rooms and you can book surf lessons and excursions in the region directly.

Nothing.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean and staff friendly. Good value for money.

I had an issue one morning and it was impossible to find a member of staff to talk to. I went to the reception 4 times between 9am-11am and it was closed. I also tried messaging them on booking.com but I never had a reply. In the end I gave up and just left the property. Also, not the property itself but the area. The area has a lot of rubbish and the streets are covered in cat and dog mess. Again, not necessarily the properties fault, but there is no sound proofing in the rooms. I would expect there to be noise from the street but it was excessive. There is a barber shop opposite and bikes and cars were stopping outside of it revving their engines loudly until 3am. Everyone in my room struggled to sleep.
