Ιδιαίτερα βολική τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της Ιεράπετρας. Μπροστά πεζόδρομος, ησυχία, κοντά στη θάλασσα και τα καταστήματα.
Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με πολλές ανέσεις, λίγο πολύ όσα θα χρειαστείτε για μια ολιγοήμερη διαμονή.
Εύκολη πρόσβαση, τα κλειδιά από θυρίδα μετά από συνεννόηση με τον οικοδεσπότη.
Δεν ξέρω αν φταίει που λόγω σφάλματος της booking ο οικοδεσπότης δεν έβλεπε την κράτηση, αλλά το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καθαριστεί σωστά. Τρίχες και πατημασιές στο μπάνιο, τρόφιμα από τους προηγούμενους...
Μάλιστα υπάρχει στο διαμέρισμα οδηγία που λέει να βγάλουμε οι ίδιοι τα σκουπίδια μας κατά την αποχώρησή μας (που σεβαστήκαμε) αλλά δεν ήξερα πως έπρεπε να κάνω και καθαριότητα μπαίνοντας...

Bereits bei der Buchung unseres Urlaubs nach Kreta hatten wir uns dazu entschieden, kein 5-Sterne Hotel oder Luxus-Resort zu buchen, um die Einheimischen vor Ort zu unterstützen. In unserem Urlaub bevorzugen wir den Kontakt mit dem Land, den Einheimischen, dem Essen und Ihre Kultur.
Nikos ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir sind froh, ihn kennenzulernen. Wir haben uns in seinem Apartment mitten im Zentrum von Ierapetra wohlgefühlt.

It’s a spacious apartment, through the house with two balconies; big kitchen, close walk to everywhere, beautiful sea view over the first row of houses; and some nice details such as the owner’s own olive oil, soft thick towels and a good quality washing machine with detergents available. The owner is friendly and helpful.
Noise!!! It could be a really nice place, but the entire experience was destroyed by the horrible ongoing noise from the old broken extremely loud ventilation machine of the restaurant across the street, right next to the sea view balcony. It’s on most of the time, between 11 AM to 1 AM and makes it impossible to enjoy an afternoon coffee or an evening moment on the balcony, you hear it through the house and can’t go to sleep before they stop the noise after midnight. It’s like having a huge truck with engines running, right in the living room. No other restaurant in town makes such noise, so sad to come “home” through Ierapetra all hot, sleepy and very quiet on a Sunday afternoon, to your living room with that unbearable truck engine noise.
The noise is not caused by the property itself nor is it the fault of the owners, but it affects it so much that the owners will have to force the expensive restaurant to repair their outdated ventilation system or it will destroy their business. No decent hotel would accept such a noise machine in front of their rooms, nor any permanent residents. It’s hardly even legal.
