Inside a secure and very nice resort. Very spacious. Many amenities around. Fairly quiet even during the day. Parking widely available for free. There's a beautiful small beach nearby. Various popular cenotes a few minutes drive away. Just between Playa del Carmen and Tulum making visiting both areas easy (if you have a car, that is).
A bunch of bugs such as ants and wasps just outside and ants inside the house. They mostly don't do anything and it's expected as the resort is in the countryside.

Diego was a great host, we could leave our luggage before 3 pm and he was there to help us with anything we needed. The location was excellent, also the room.
