The facilities were excellent, with four separate areas , kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was separate ac for bedroom and lounge, the rooms were well decorated

Just a minor niggle it was quite a way from the downtown area, so you have to catch a bus , but they are very inexpensive

We spent four nights at Monica and Louis's house, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness. The place was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything one could possibly need. Although we only prepared tea and toast since we dined out, all necessary cooking utensils were available. I felt very secure with the entrance code for the outside door leading to the main door. The property is ideally located; we primarily used Ubers but also walked a couple of times to the supermarkets and the Dollar Tree store, which I found to be quite similar to the Pound Shop in the UK, but even better. We visited Dolphin Mall and took a ride on the open-top bus, which was definitely worth it, and explored all the typical tourist attractions. We absolutely loved Miami, although it is quite expensive compared to the UK 🇬🇧. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment to everyone, and if we return to Miami for another cruise, we would certainly try to stay here again. Many thanks, Gail & Jim - Scotland 🏴
