About this house rental
Fall in love with this charming home tucked within the quiet lakeside community formerly known as Castle Rock Estates. Amenities include private pool, game room, poolside lounge seating, fire pit, outdoor dining and more.
The Lake House is a one minute drive to Arbuckle Lake with access to the north Eagle Bay fishing dock/boat launch. We are fifteen minutes in either direction to Turner Falls and to the entrance of the Chickasaw National Park which is home to Little Niagra and Veteran’s Lake as well as several swimming holes, streams, waterfalls and trails. The Point swimming area is also close by, as well as the many local dining spots that Murray County has to offer.
The Lake House has undergone an extensive renovation in 2022 and now boasts an incredible gourmet kitchen featuring gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large island. Just off of the kitchen and dining area is a spacious sunroom with a futon that can be used as an additional sleeping option if necessary, and wide open views of the glorious back yard. The cozy living room includes a sleeper sofa and recliner with massage. Our guest bathroom features a double vanity with a tub/shower combo, and our en suite includes two vanities and a free-standing tub with separate shower. Each of the three bedrooms come equipped with Roku televisions, as does the living room. The laundry room includes plenty of pantry space as well as a desk workspace and washer/dryer.
Enjoy our backyard oasis which includes a luxurious in-ground pool*, outdoor bar area, comfy lounge chairs, umbrellas, grilling area, fire pit and outdoor dining, all situated around a mature shade tree and lovely landscaping. Adjacent to the private fenced-in back yard area is a detached game room equipped with a pool table, darts and a 65" television with a vintage gaming console. Watch the sun set from a rocking chair on the large covered front porch. There is plenty of room on the property for boat parking as well.
Please note: A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings. The link to e-sign the document will be sent immediately after booking and must be submitted within 24 hours in order to maintain the reservation. If we do not receive the signed rental agreement, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. There is maximum of ten guests allowed on property at all times. No exceptions. All guests must be disclosed in the booking and noted in the rental agreement. Parties or events are not permitted. Exceeding max guest count will result in cancellation of booking and guests will be asked to vacate the premises.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance to cover losses against unforeseeable circumstances. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy which is in effect at the time of booking.
We cannot accept third party bookings.
Please note: This property is not handicap accessible. Pets are strictly prohibited.
*Pool will be open from mid May through late September. Pool may be heated by request at an additional rate of $75/day.

We all enjoyed staying here. We never had a single problem or complaint. Check in and out was super easy and we all enjoyed everything this home has to offer. Pool was very clean and game room was a blast! Would definitely recommend.

Great place. All the extra amenities we could ask for when vacationing with our young adult kids. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, pool table, darts, video games...the list goes on! We had a great time!
