Park and biking trail within the neighborhood. Granite kitchen countertops with an adjoining furnished sunroom. Three bedrooms each with its own closet. Two bathrooms-one main and one in the master bedroom. Spacious laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with Roku TV. Locally owned and operated.

This house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and perfect for our trip to Charlotte. Very family friendly and located in waking distance to the rail or a short drive to uptown but with plenty to do nearby…. And yet still having an occasional deer in the backyard! Highly recommended.

Very clean house, nice location to uptown and light rail/ stores, quiet street. Only negatives were minimal kitchen things (no detergent for dishwasher, no bakeware for oven, no colander to drain spaghetti). Also very uncomfortable beds with crunchy plastic mattress covers. Patio had nothing to sit on sadly. Room for improvement but clean and good host communication.
