Newly renovated and fully furnished home conveniently located minutes from freeway 94 and the 125. This cozy studio is furnished with all you need to feel at home and only 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego, Zoo, Beaches, Balboa Park, Airport, Naval Base San Diego and MCRD. Minutes from markets, gas station, food and about a 10 minute walk to nearby trolley station.

We enjoyed a great stay. The apartment was clean and fresh. It had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and couch, parking in the driveway behind a private gate, and access to a washer and dryer. I liked the self-check-in. Lai is very quick to answer messages, and she made sure we were comfortable.The outdoor space would benefit from an umbrella or some way to shade the table and chairs. I wouldn't say no to a hot tub also. :)

We stayed for our honeymoon, they had all the amenities we needed, we even had flowers and chocolates! It was a really safe environment and very easy to get in and out of. We recommend staying here :)

Just what we needed for a weeklong stay to help family in La Presa and La Mesa. Comfortable, clean, quiet and super convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Great communication with the owner.

My partner and I were visiting friends in San Diego, and this was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Very easy to hop on the freeway and be downtown in a few minutes. The place is also very cute, very clean and represented well in the photos. We enjoyed this rental very much and would highly recommend.
