Pleasant holiday home, located on the edge of the estuary, just 10 minutes from the first beaches.

Located 5 minutes from Talmont sur Gironde and 15 minutes from the great beaches of Saint Georges de Didonne and Royan.
Single-storey house offering a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, two bedrooms, as well as a veranda overlooking the garden.
You will have a bathroom, with toilet, adjoining a bedroom, as well as a shower room with toilet. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
The kitchen has an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher.
A toaster and kettle are also featured, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.
Bedroom 1 consists of a 160 x 200 bed, a wardrobe and a dresser.
Bedroom 2 consists of two beds of 80 x 200 that can be attached and a wardrobe (wardrobe + shelf).
For the little ones, we provide a travel cot with mattress (fitted sheet not provided), a changing table, a high chair, as well as a small bathtub.
Bed linen, towels and household linen are not provided.
A deposit of €750 will be required when you take up the rental. This deposit will be given to you on departure if no problems have been found.
Cleaning must be done on your departure. A deduction of 90 euros from your deposit may be made in the event of non-fulfillment.
