Tuscan Fizz Villa is located along the Wine Road among vineyards and olive groves, only a short drive from the picturesque city center of Lucca, 30 minutes from the nearest beach of Viareggio/Forte dei Marmi, within day-trip distance of many of the historic villages and Tuscan landmarks such as Cinque Terre, Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Livorno, Bolgheri, Garfagnana and many others and easily reached from the airports in Pisa and Florence. With beautiful alfresco and interior living spaces, five hill-and-valley-view bedrooms, and an excellent location for exploring the Italian Tuscany District, Tuscan Fizz is a superb vacation rental for family reunions, destination wedding guests, and unforgettable vacations with friends along Tuscany’s and Italy's most iconic sites.

Savor mornings by the villa's huge swimming pool, bathing in its crystalline waters and relaxing on elegant sun loungers. Relish an alfresco lunch at the lovely table under the arbor, as the pool waters lap the hilly shore beside you. Explore local wineries, farms and groceries around the Villa and return in the evening to sip digestivi on the lawn, as the scintillating surface reflects the sunset's colors.

Beautiful villa with amazing views. The swimming pool was wonderful to cool off after a busy day sightseeing. The host was very helpful with an advice on restaurants, taxis, etc. To enjoy the villa you need a car to drive to local villages.

A lovely, private villa in the hills of Tuscany. Perfect for our group of six. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas (especially for dining outdoors). The kitchen was stocked with cooking tools and serving platters. We enjoyed having a local private chef cook for us as well. The villa is in a quiet, beautiful area (though the road to access the driveway is quite narrow). Our host contact, Daniela, was wonderful—responsive, helpful and kind. We look forward to returning to the property one day!

Absolutely breath taking villa on the hills above Lucca. The history, charm and comfort of the home were only secondary to the magnificent view of the mountains and rolling hillside town. The property has been meticulously maintained. Daniela was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond in assisting us and ensuring we had a fabulous stay.

As a group of 7 friends staying here we couldn’t have had a better week! The place was so beautiful, even moreso than the photos. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Overall very easy stay 10/10 will return again. If you are looking for a private meal/wine pairing cooked for you by a chef and host then contact Gianni via the host, it was special. Nicole

The location is stunning. The photos are exactly what the sunsets and sunrises look like. We had 4 couples and 2 toddlers 3 and 1 years old. The layout of the house is such that everyone had plenty of space and separation as well as there were various places to gather. We had great dinners outdoors, days lounging at home by the pool. I looked at hundreds of places for a pool far from the house and with enough obstacles to deter the children/ enable pool safety plus indoor stair rails. Villa Fizz was the best. Highly recommend. Minor note those who an automatic car tackled the steep, very narrow driveway best. Thanks Daniela for being a responsive, friendly host

We had a great time at this villa. It's not a long ride to get there, and although it's higher up, we had no issues getting to the villa. The views are amazing, and the house was very rustic and clean. The pool was amazing and very large. The rooms were all very large and accommodating. Lucca Apartments was also very helpful with setting up a car rental for us an having Hertz drop-off, and pick-up the car. We also great recommendations for private wine tastings and private chef dinners. Lastly, you're only a 20 min drive to Lucca downtown area. We had a great experience and really enjoyed the villa and the town. Thanks again!

The glorious listing photos of this home are accurate but still cannot capture the grandeur of the views from its mountaintop setting. We treasure landscapes, sunsets, and star-filled skies and we’re not disappointed. This home is close enough to Lucca for dinner and far enough away for quiet and scenic views. It is picture-book, rustic-but-comfortable, Tuscan style with rooms that are spacious yet cozy and bathrooms that are well-equipped (and have good water pressure!) The narrow access road adds to the charm, but the collision-warning system in our larger rental was triggered every time we approached! The manager was perfect — gracious, helpful, and accessible but not intrusive. It does seem that subunits of the main building are let for other, local uses, but we were not disturbed. We experienced the record setting heatwave and the lack of air conditioning was evident. So, while we’d happily stay here again, it won’t be in July!!

This place is a slice of paradise!! We had the very best time and enjoyed both relaxing at the gorgeous property and touring the towns and sights nearby. The home and garden space is beautiful, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our host was responsive and helped us with a reservation at a nearby restaurant that turned out to be one of our favorite evenings out. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to come back another time.

The villa we stayed in, was truly amazing. We were outside on the grounds either in the poolenjoying the mini seating areas and dining area. The view is indescribable. You must be aware that you’re not close to anything and if you do not have a vehicle, you must arrange ahead of time for groceries, etc., Daniela was excellent at making us feel at home and communicated very well.

Our stay was fantastic! The house had lots of room for all 8 of us including large bathrooms. As described, it’s a little remote so a rental car is recommended but be prepared for steep inclines and tight spaces. The property is gorgeous and was the perfect setting for a surprise marriage proposal! We highly recommend this property.

"Breathtaking" is how I would describe this villa. Excellent views, beautiful grounds, and the most charming home ever. The house is well situated so it is easy to get to Lucca and to get to smaller surrounding areas. The icing on the cake is the care and support we received from our host, Daniela. We had a lovely week!
