Breakfast was not applicable. The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. It is also very close to some of the wineries This is a great property with ample space.
One of the bedrooms didn't have a mirror and it had only one night stand. There was one master suite and there is no access to the balcony from any of the rooms. The balcony is extensive around the property with no access. We saw the hot air balloons but had to go downstairs and outside to take a picture. They were usually gone by the time we got outside
