The VRBO provided a comfortable stay for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we had enough space for our group of five. The back deck was a great feature. It also was a quick drive into Bar Harbor and to Acadia National Park; two of our main adventure "to do's" for this trip.
The property is located on a very busy road. Traffic noise is constant and the view to the pond is across the busy road as well as a highway guardrail that detracts from the view.

this is a single family home located on a nice piece of protects near a residential neighborhood, across the street from a lake. The home is very airy with lots of sunlight, nice sized kitchen, all pots/pans/dishes provided. the bedrooms are roomy and beds are very comfortable!
the only very MINOR thing was pillows. they were very big, hard and not very comfortable. However, many travelers bring their own anyway, so it’s a minor thing.

Location was awesome. Not in town but not too far away. Secluded enough for privacy.
Driveway entrance a little obscure. Need some kind of marker.
