A descarga do vaso sanitário estava vazando.

Location excellent. Room clean and had everything you need. Nice pool area.
Staff on reception absolutely useless. Hard to understand how they are unable to help with a single enquiry. Just sit there buzzing people in and out of the main entrance. Every time we asked them something they just shrugged and said nothing to do with us. Also there is no bag storage at the hotel. Good to know if you have a late flight home as early check out time (11am)
