Spontan, flexibel, freundlich, aufmerksam….. Klima trotz extremer Hitze sehr angenehm! Hochwertiger Ventilator vorhanden…. Es war alles bestens , immer sehr gerne wieder ;)

Saubere, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Duschbad und getrenntem WC. Komplett ausgestattet, einschließlich Kaffeepads und Getränken im Kühlschrank. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnungstür. Sehr angenehmer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
Auf Grund der Lage in einem ehemaligen Lokschuppen ist die Umgebung natürlich eher "gewerblich" geprägt (Lidl gegenüber, Gewerbegrundstücke in der Nähe). Man ist jedoch fußläufig in der Innenstadt, so dass das kein Problem ist.
