The open kitchen offers generous granite counter space and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, stove, and fridge. Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, and drinkware, it’s ready for any culinary adventure.

EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.
*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 9, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The house looked exactly like the pictures and was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for our big dogs fully fenced, secure, and gave them plenty of space to roam.The area was great for walking, with nice, newer sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. Having a grocery store just five minutes away was incredibly convenient.The bed was comfy, the shower had lots of hot water, and the towels were fluffy and fresh. It was a comfortable, easy place to stay, and we’d definitely come back.

The Jefferson Cottage was the perfect place to stay while visiting our son in Kansas City. It was the perfect size for 5 people and our dog loved the backyard. We would definitely book this home again when visiting.
