Come enjoy the bay and beach at the same time! Sit out on the top deck and enjoy the breezes or have a barbecue downstairs and enjoy the outdoor TV. You are sure to have lots of fun with just a short walk to the beach or rent a golf cart. When you are done, you can enjoy the outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Afterward, have a seat downstairs and enjoy a flat-screen TV and strike up the barbecue pit and watch your “fur babies” run around in the fenced-in backyard.
Upstairs you can relax and breathe easy as this home is open concept, with high ceilings and ready for you to prepare a wonderful meal in a kitchen that is fully stocked. Just bring your food and drinks.
The living room has plenty of seating and includes a flat-screen TV including cable services, free Xfinity WiFi, and a DVD player. The sofa converts to a Queen size bed.
Also for your convenience is a washer/dryer located upstairs
The master bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably with plenty of floor space if you need to set up a crib or air mattress.
The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed with an additional pull twin trundle underneath.
The bathroom is roomy and complete with a shower/tub combination. Lots of towels for your use.
The Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), park, basketball courts, and tennis courts. There are several restaurants around and in the neighborhood. On weekends you can enjoy the Marina area which features live music. You will never be hungry with three (3) locations offering food and drinks! The Sand Bar, The Oasis, and upstairs the West End Restaurant. Guests have access to the pool with a $100 pass that can be purchased separately and covers 10 guests for one (1) week.
