The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes iron, toaster, fibre Wifi Internet, lift, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair and much more.
Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
Improvement works are currently being carried out on the building. These are only carried out during permitted hours and may occasionally cause some noise.

Tiene una ubicación espectacular, en primera línea de playa, en pleno paseo marítimo de la imponente playa de Las Canteras, que es ideal para caminar, almorzar, escuchar las olas del mar y respirar la brisa marina. Tiene una decoración preciosa y piscina comunitaria, debe ser de los pocos edificios de la capital con piscina. Salimos encantados, repetiremos!
