    We had booked two rooms at the hotel for three nights, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness was very poor, and the overall condition of the rooms and facilities was unacceptable. The bed sheets were torn, dirty, and not even ironed. Shockingly, undergarments from previous guests were found in the room. The bathrooms were unhygienic, with visible fungus on the walls and clogged drains filled with hair. Basic amenities were also not functional—the door lock did not work properly, making it difficult to open from inside. The room was dimly lit, with several lights not working. The intercom was non-functional, so after a tiring yatra, we had to walk to reception for any assistance. The TV was also not working. Even the extra mattresses we requested were torn and in poor condition. Overall, a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
