6 min from Lakeview Beach.
Very peaceful and beautiful view of the sunset.
Around the corner there are paddle boats and jet skis! Master bedroom with standup shower and 2nd bedroom with a tub are on the second floor about 11 steps up. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a smart tv. 3rd bedroom/ office with a futon/ couch. Half bathroom downstairs , side door to access the fenced backyard. Gas grill and a small charcoal grill and a table with chairs to enjoy the view of the lake. We ask that you stay 10 feet away from the edge of the property because there is a steep drop off to the lake. Especially if you have kids. No access to fishing or the lake from the property. The marina is one block away where you can enjoy a walk on the beach and fishing.

A beautiful place, peaceful neighborhood and a lovely view of the lake. Host was so accommodating when we had two special requests . Lots of room inside and out for our group of five people.

Plenty of space for your stay. There are extra utensils and condiments in the cupboards and fridge. I enjoyed the K-Cup coffee in the morning overlooking the view of Lake Erie. Overall we had a nice stay. The waterfront is on the edge of a drop off, if you are looking for beach access, it is only one block down. We drove over the the Lakeside access and enjoyed a swim.

The host was great with communication. The property was as nice as it looked in the pics. Very clean and great views of the lake.
