• With 9 TVs throughout the house, including a massive 75" TV in the loft, there are plenty of options for your group to spread out or gather for a movie night.
• Outside, there is comfortable patio furniture for relaxation or dining next to the private 12’x24’ pool and spa combo, which can be optionally heated.

Other Things to Note
• This is a no smoking, no vaping house. Smoking is permitted in the driveway only. Smoking inside the house will result in additional cleaning fees plus damages.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be charged additional cleaning fees plus damages and asked to leave.
• No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in a fine by local authorities and you’ll be asked to leave.
• Owner/host is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
• We do not offer refunds for inclement weather or natural disasters. Please consider travel insurance if this is a concern.
• Private pool and spa heating is not included in the daily rate but can be added for the duration of your stay for $40 per night.
• While we try to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests, they should not be expected. In order to maintain our quality standards it regularly takes the entire vacant period to clean the house. The fee for failing to vacate the property by 10am check-out day is $50.00 for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour the guest fails to vacate the property.
• We have one Ring doorbell camera. It’s on the exterior of the house facing the driveway area. It is not actively monitored, but used retrospectively if there is an incident. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the house.
• While our theming gives a nod to a beloved animated classic, we have no affiliation with Disney or Pixar.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this home, which was not only spacious and well-furnished but also came with a fully equipped kitchen. The home looked great in the online pictures, but it exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home.

Our stay at Ahoy Story was nothing short of wonderful. We arrived a little earlier than check in time and were able to enjoy the resort amenities while we waited. Late the first night we realized the fridge wasn’t in good shape, the host immediately responded and ended up needing a replacement which was completed the very next day before we returned from our adventures. We were close to shopping, Disney Parks, food, and entertainment.
The house was everything you see in the pictures and more. The kids loved the Toy Story theme. It had more than enough space for our large family to come from multiple states and be together. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the arcade room. We also enjoyed the scavenger hunt set up by the host that led to us exploring all over the house hunting for the clues. Multiple TVs around the house allowed the kiddos to have their own space to watch TV while the adults could also watch TV. The large kitchen area allowed for enough room for everyone to eat as a family. Trash was picked up daily by the community. Overall, our star was exactly as advertised - a perfect 5 STARS!! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best and would definitely stay again in the future!

This house was beautiful. Close to the resort that was free (pool, kiddie splash, lazy river). The game room was cool. The rooms decorated really cute. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, basically everything you need to cook even a crock pot. Our host was very nice and answered back quickly. The scavenger hunt in the house was a nice added touch. We had no problems what so ever. We would definitely rent this house again. We had a blast!!!

We have stayed in several houses in the Orlando area and this one has by far been our favorite!! The kids LOVED the themed bedrooms, game room, scavenger hunt, and pool. The house was clean and the hosts were amazing. We can’t wait to come back.
