Landhausvilla in Unterach is definitely one of the best homestay or B&B style accomodation I have ever taken. This villa was quiet, warm and cozy with amazing mountain views from the balcony and terrace. The villa is also very spacious, equipped with all the facilities you need throughout your stay in the house. Special thanks to Angela (the property owner) and Joy (the caretaker) who always provide swift response and strong support to us. We are also surprised by the welcome meal with nice champagne and yummy apple pies&sandwhichs served. Appreciate again for arrangement, It is just fantastic. This property is perfect for group holiday or private stay. I would highly recommend this place.

We couldn’t imagine a better place to spent Christmas together with our family than Landhausvilla. We had a wonderful time there. In the house was a Christmas tree and decorations. It’s a beautiful house with all facilities you need! Also we were nicely surprised with a welcome meal and the cake! Angela (the owner of the house) together with Joy (the house keeper) were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay in the house. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great place perfect for vacation. Very quiet place where you can spend time on your own way. The view from the balcony and terrace is amazing. The villa is extremely spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is a grill in the accommodation. BBQ on the terrace was TOP. We were there with a family of 8 people + one baby and it was perfect. There was also equipment for little baby.
