Acceso rápido de forma autónoma. Muy bien situado, limpio y con todo lo necesario.

Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad. Calle llena de restaurantes y tiendas.
La cafetera estaba atascada, tuvimos que desatascarla pero nos dimos cuenta que perdía el agua. La limpieza se podría mejorar.

Ubicación, instalación, limpieza
El trato tan impersonal, en ningún momento (entrada, salida), tuvimos presencia de propietarios. Cuando llegamos a las 16h, la puerta principal estaba cerrada, tuvimos que esperar hasta que un vecino salió. Luego ya pudimos acceder a la puerta de la vivienda y recoger de un cajetín la llave. Uno de los baños se cae la alcachofa del soporte de ducha.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici, fermate degli autobus sotto casa, supermercati e servizi sotto casa. Parcheggio privato incluso al coperto in garage .
Appartamento abbastanza datato, basterebbe un piccolo refresh per renderlo ottimo. Pulizia dell'appartamento da curare molto di più.
