Polite helpful staff but NOT a comfortable stay.

The location is close by Hawa mahal, jantar mantar, city palace etc, very convenient. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The area is kind of dirty as it is situated behind the "mandi" we didn't know this before booking. No towels and toiletries were provided. We bought everything. Our room window was facing the courtyard where people were sitting and talking, so privacy was compromised.

Not a hotel but self-managed Airbnb

Clean room and toilets, good communication by host who’s been gentle in behaviour and provides for lack of security staff

It’s self managed property like Airbnb and it isn’t a hotel. There’s no security staff and host covers the role by allowing late night entry himself. Host charged Rupees 65 for bathing soap, dental and shaving kits as per picture attached. Room didn’t have wardrobe and hot water kettle, there wasn’t enough privacy as there was glass panel on top of door and the curtains on windows would move allowing people outside good view inside the room especially when one comes out of shower - fortunately it wasn’t a family stay for me. I could only view waste and scrap collection yard out of window. You’ve to drive through filth to reach the hotel. A GST invoice wasn’t issued as hotel is not GST registered despite tax charged on behalf of booking.com. Honestly, I didn’t intend to post above details but was upset when host charged me for soap, dental and shaving kits and didn’t even return a small change.

Perfect stay

The owner were very accommodating and assisted us nicely when we need information. The location in walking distance to Govinda temple, market and restaurant. The room were clean and perfect for our family who the main reason were to have darshan of Govinda ji.

Perfect for solo girls travelers,family and couples.....highly recommend this place !!

As a solo girl traveler,safety and security had been the greatest concern while I was looking for a room and I am glad that I booked this place....The reviews by the previous travelers were helpful and now here is my first hand experience..!! The place is very quiet and gives a homely feeling,the owner is very humble and goes out of the way to assist you in everyways.. Regarding the location I would say that it is perfect...Peaceful and just a few minutes walk away is City Palace,Hawa Mahal and the colorful Handicraft market. The dining hall gives eye soothing nature view.They also serve homemade food which is very delicious and reasonable at price. I highly Recommend the place...!!

Perfect place to stay with family..

The place despite being located in the old city has a peaceful atmosphere.It adjoins the lush green temple garden.The magnificent CITY PALACE and HAWA MAHAL etc.are at walking distance....It is a perfect place to stay with family.... Clean and comfortable rooms,owner is very helpful...guides you with everything to make your visit a memorable one... Recommend this place for sure..!!

QUIET,PEACEFUL,CLEAN,SAFE PLACE inspite of being centrally located...Near major tourist spots..

The Good Thing About The Place Is...Inspite of being situated in the heart of 'pink city' with major tourist spots just a few min.walk away,the colorful handicraft market nearby,when you step into the hotel it gives immense peace of mind... Rooms are well maintained,super clean... The courtyard is well groomed with plants...which gives a homely feeling.... Dining area on the first floor has amazing garden and Nahargarh Fort view... The host is very humble person,he guides you with everything...taxi,sightseeing,travel plans,food,purchasing,ticket bookings... They also provide freshly cooked home made food in good quantity at very reasonable price... The place is fully safe and secure for couples,family and solo girls travellers... I highly recommend...

It was wonderful, I felt very well cared for and it was great value for money.

The most wonderful thing about my stay was the host and his family, they treated me like much loved family. Nothing was too much trouble, They allowed me to check in super early, we’re waiting to greet me and fussed over me. The father and son worked as a team in the hotel and both wives catered well. I had questions about posting things, laundry, my onward bus trip and the best way to sight see …. I was helped with everything. The host organised things for me and ensured that I had the best experience in Jaipur. The location was amazing, although very central, the central palace is a walk away, the upstairs eating area overlooks a beautiful park and it is very peaceful. Really good WiFi which I needed for a meeting. Great English …. I really can’t fault the family for kindness. Plenty of bottled water, toilet paper and hot water to shower. Very clean which was a huge relief after a prior experience in a hotel.

The mattress was a little hard for me but I appreciate that this is a matter of taste.

friendly owner and family and in a great location

The owner and family really made us feel at home. we celebrated Holi there and had a great time. He helped us book bus tickets, a taxi, and with things to do. They also make a delicious breakfast!

It is a very Nice and Peaceful Location. All major sightseeing places and tourist market are nearby... The Owner is very humble... Room,bathroom are clean... all other basic things that a person expects in any good hotel room were provided... Food was very tasty...Reasonable price.. Having our Morning Tea & Breakfast in the dining area with Amazing Garden View was an experience i can never forget...!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to everyone..

It's a homestay not a hotel

The owner of the property and the supporting staff were very helpful and courteous, room was small but clean, location was nice but it's in residential area.

The property is actually a homestay and not a hotel as it doesn't have all the facilities provided by hotels, location was nice but it's in residential area close to subji Mandi, there was no option available to make the room warm as we went in winter so keep that in mind.

Everything about this place was amazing. The place was at a great location with good proximity to the bus station. Also it had a good access to the public transport. The room was spacious and well set. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The host were amazing, always available and ready to serve. The place is great in terms of proximity to major tourist attractions Most amazing is SHRI GOVIND DEV JI TEMPLE is just 5 min.walking distance,Living area has amazing view of JAI NIWAS GARDEN,NAHARGARH FORT,JAIGARH FORT. JAIN FOOD we had was super delicious!! I highly recommend this place,feels like HOME AWAY FROM HOME 🏡. This will be my most memorable stay in Jaipur,staff and host was great .This place is fully safe for couples,family and solo girls travellers.

Quiet place, central located

It is of course not a 5 Star Hotel, the rating is wrong and misleading, at it's best a 3 star basic accomodation. The price of 2000,- a night is far too much. Very bad value for the money. The matress is much to hard, unfortunately I can not give a recommendation for the hotel

Sehr bemühter Besitzer! (Affen-)Sicher!

Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit! ZB hatte unser Flug Verspätung - er blieb aber wach, hatte sich tatsächlich Sorgen gemacht und nahm uns herzlich in Empfang. Auch bei der Organisation einer Rundfahrt zu den Forts war er behilflich und ergatterte Bahntickets, obwohl der Zug offiziell ausgebucht war. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist ein riesiger Käfig, der einem vor den Affen im nahegelegenen Tempel schützt (die man nachts randalieren hört). Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft mit ihren 2 oder 3 Zimmern sehr sicher. Ein Bekannter hat in ca. 100m Entfernung ein sehr gutes vegetarisches Restaurant (gehoben, daher nicht ganz so günstig - aber empfehlenswert).

Die Straße und Grundstücke ringsherum sind sehr schmutzig (für Indien natürlich normal).
