Great apartment and perfect base for exploring Saxon Switzerland! A large, beautifully furnished, two-level apartment. The lower level includes a kitchen, dining area, TV room, and a bathroom. Upstairs, in the attic, there are two cozy bedrooms. It is fully equipped, clean, and very pleasant – we didn't miss a single thing. Outside, there is a charming little terrace with a barbecue area. The hosts live downstairs, but they are incredibly nice and discreet. Please note: To get to the apartment, you need to go up metal stairs. It wasn't an issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind for elderly guests. Location-wise, there is a large Penny supermarket nearby and an excellent Turkish restaurant (highly recommended). Sebnitz itself is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of cool places to see – for example, the brilliant museum at the TT/H0 model train factory. Every enthusiast knows exactly what I’m talking about! :) Within a 20km radius, there are countless hiking trails and places to visit. I won't list them all, because the whole point of coming here is to explore Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland. We highly recommend both the apartment and the area!

The apartment is near a rather busy street. To enjoy some quiet time, you need to keep the living room and kitchen windows closed. Especially in day time. Fortunately, it’s less of a problem in the bedrooms, as they face the quiet backyard.

Nur als Hinweis: es gibt im Aussenbereicht zur Wohnung sowie in der Wohnung zum Schlafzimmer jeweils eine relativ steile Treppe. Daher vielleicht für Ältere und Menschen mit Einschränkungen mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden. Nicht als Kritik gemeint!

Großzügige, gemütliche Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden ist, um einfach drauf loszuwohnen. Sehr ruhig, trotz Lage an einer Straße. Freundlicher, gut informeller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld der Anreise. Schlüsselbox ohne Probleme.

Kein wirklicher Minuspunkt, aber es wird darum gebeten, seinen Müll selbst rauszubringen.

Sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln und ist für sportliche Gäste (wegen der vielen Treppen bis zur eigentlichen Ferienwohnung) zu empfehlen.

Für gehbehinderte, wie für mich, völlig ungeeignet. Bitte zukünftig die nächsten Gäste besonders darauf hinweisen! Auch mit unserem kleinen Hund hatten wir wegen der vielen Treppen (unter anderem auch eine steile Metalltreppe) große Probleme. Meine Frau musste den Hund täglich zum Gassi gehen rauf und runter tragen. Die Wohnung war mit zwei Bädern im vorab ausgewiesen. Vorhanden war aber nur ein Bad mit Dusche und Eck-Badewanne. Für uns vier Freunde völlig ungenügend. Das Familien Doppelbett hat eine zu geringe Bodenhöhe und wurde von unseren beiden Freunden bemängelt. Ansonsten, durch die vielen Treppen, für sportliche Gäste gut geeignet.
