A short walk or drive from Miller's Bay on West Okoboji Lake, fishing, boating access, Pub 19 Restaurant, this 1-bedroom cottage is nestled next to a playground and pidkle ball/tennis/basketball court. This newly finished guest quarters sleeps 2 in a queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on a couch, shower, tv, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Minutes' drive to Arnold's Park Amusement Park, restaurants and nightlife. Beautiful setting steps away from a biking/walking trail and Lakeside Lab right down the road. Plenty of parking in front.

This was a fantastic studio-like place to stay! My fiancé & I went up to the Winter Games & this was so close to all the activities & places we wanted to go. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting a cute cozy place to stay!The only thing I will say, the door we had to pull tighter than normal to make sure the lock would work but even that wasn’t bothersome!

It was cute. Just right for one or a couple. Easy access to Hwy. 86. I was enjoying the Lakeside Labs and Lakeshore Center. Also got to the Arts Center.

Very accommodating having a place to park the boat and charge the batteries. The only thing we could ask for is a better curtain on the front door because you can see straight in at night.
