The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, a shared garden with lawn and picnic bench, and off-road parking. You'll find a shop in 3.4 miles and a pub in 3.5 miles. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Take to Devon with Rowan Park Annexe as your base. Note: The property is attached to the owner's property, with access to their private grounds. Note: The owner has a dog. Note: Dogs must be on lead whilst accessing the shared garden. Note: There is an additional twenty-five-pound charge for each dogs.
