very friendly owner. convenient location near the city center. quiet area. we parked the car near the hotel and could walk around, because everything is within walking distance. if we ever travel from Iasi airport again, we will stay at this hotel

I was a little worried since we were getting in that morning and needed to store our stuff. Chatting with the business long before we even arrived, we were told the housecleaner would be there at 10am and we could come by after that. Early that morning, I got a What's App message giving us the code, so I asked if we could come by then to drop things off and they said yes, so great surprise! The housecleaner let us in and we were able to use the bathroom and drop our stuff off, making for a much more enjoyable morning! I love and greatly appreciate the great communication from the property manager! It's also decently close to the things we wanted to see, so more convenient than not.
Luggage storage without having to arrange it would be nice, but it all worked out terrifically!
