Uređenost stana. Nameštaj je nov. Lokacija je ok, parking ima ispred objekta.Komunikacija sa vlasnikom odlična.

Raspored prostorija loš. Nema hodnik, iz dnevnog boravka direktno se ulazi u kupatilo što nije baš higijenski. Stepenice koje vode do spavaće sobe izuzetno su strme jeste da su 2 stepenika ali nimalo prijatan silazak, bar noću. Pre ulaska, prostorija nije bila provetravana. Bio je samo jedan daljinac za obe klime što se ispostavilo jako nezgodno.
